About the role

We are hiring a Partner Sales & Success Senior Manager to join our Partnerships team in Paris ! Wellhub is officially expanding into France, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As the first Partner Sales & Success Senior Manager in the country, you will play a key role in building our presence from the ground up-managing both the acquisition and retention of the wellness providers that will power our network. This is a rare opportunity to take on real leadership ownership from day one, introduce a global brand to a new market, and directly shape our long-term success in France. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Paris office.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for the "Longtail" Partner Sales and Success strategy, managing a diverse network of gyms and studios that will power the wellbeing of our corporate users. You will:
  • Define and optimize the French sales and success playbooks, ensuring a smooth transition from partner acquisition to long-term engagement.
  • Implement localized onboarding and retention flows that support partner satisfaction and profitability across the country.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership team to align local priorities with global expansion goals, and partner with the Head of Partnerships to set and deliver on KPIs related to network growth, partner satisfaction, and retention.
  • Establish clear ways of working and scalable processes to support the growth and long-term sustainability of the partner network.
  • Personally lead the most complex processes, acting as a role model for the team in high-stakes negotiations with major partners.
  • Analyze team performance metrics-from outbound to retention activity-to identify bottlenecks and implement creative solutions that support network growth.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and CX teams to ensure local processes are effective and that our partner offering remains competitive in the market.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management leadership, ideally within a high-growth startup, HR-tech, or the fitness industry.
  • You communicate confidently in French (native level) and fluently in English.
  • You're proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in an undefined market environment where you can create your own playbook and workflows.
  • You thrive on building processes and have the commercial judgment to handle complex conversations with business owners across different markets.
  • You are motivated by targets and bring high energy to coaching a team to meet and exceed growth and retention goals.
  • You are highly proficient with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Excel, using data to inform your decisions.
  • You are a supportive and direct people manager who knows how to develop and motivate a team.
  • You are passionate about wellness and genuinely excited to help the Benelux workforce lead happier, healthier lives.
