The Sr. Associate, Mechatronics Design Engineering, is primarily responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing mechatronic systems by integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components. You will analyze data, refine control algorithms, and support automation and intelligent systems development. Specifics include: - Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot system performance issues - Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards, including GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Maintain accurate and complete documentation and ensure rigorous quality control - Complete all required training and meet individual job requirements to contribute to overall organizational compliance - Commit to continuous improvement in operations
