Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Legal Qualification: A Law degree (OAB registration required) with extensive experience in tech-focused legal environments.
  • Privacy Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with LGPD and GDPR . Familiarity with other global frameworks is highly valued.
  • IP & Tech Background: Proven track record managing Intellectual Property and Regulatory matters specifically within the technology, or gaming industries .
  • Regulatory Fluency: A strong understanding of digital regulation trends and the ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional legal challenges.
  • Language: Professional fluency in English is essential, as you will be collaborating with global teams and interpreting international legislation daily.
