Responsibilities

  • This role will function half as Office Manager and half as People Practices. The need is acute due to rapidly growing headcount in the India site, the need to improve productivity, and collaborate effectively across geographies (TMOM theme).

  • Handle employee relations issues
  • Help maintain a high bar and drive performance management
  • Ensure all employees have needed tools and training to ramp up effectively
  • Coordinate with L&D efforts and training needs
  • Assist w/ incorporation (when and as needed)
  • Office Manager Role & Responsibilities:
  • Manage office site and coordinate with vendor (Hanto) for provisioning, maintenance and procurement of items needed for the site
  • Track site expenses and procurement with vendor
  • Coordinate with the other EAs and leads across sites as well as FP&A and administrative team in Palo Alto for budgeting, best practices
  • Raise monthly expenses for lunch, supplies, equipment

Requirements

  • You've done this before. You have at least 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Manager, People Program Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Strong problem solving, reporting, and analytical skills. High proficiency in Google Applications, including Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and GMail. Proficiency in at least one HRIS system. Experience in HiBob is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance, including knowledge of APAC HR laws and regulations (India and Thailand)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, high EQ and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships
