Responsibilities
- Facilitate training for Case Management, Peer Recovery Support, and additional continuing education offerings.
- Coordinate and manage certification and recertification processes for designated training and workforce programs.
- Develop and maintain training curriculum, educational materials, and workforce development resources related to behavioral health and recovery support services.
- Provide ongoing technical assistance, coaching, and support to providers, agencies, and stakeholders implementing recovery-oriented services.
- Maintain workforce certification databases, produce reports, and stay informed on relevant policies and evidence-based practices.
- Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist, Family Peer, or Behavioral Health Case Manager.
- Experience working as a peer or case manager.
- Previous experience as a training facilitator.
- Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in education or training;
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of qualifying experience for each year of the bachelor's degree plus one year of experience in education or training;
- Or a master's degree in adult education or human resource development.
- Special Requirements:
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver's license
