- Represent engineering with senior executives and key clients, translating complex technology into crisp decisions, commitments, and outcomes; resolve escalations and drive alignment across functions and regions

Requirements
- GENERAL
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, related degree, or comparable experience
- 15+ years of experience in a software development environment, preferably at a Fintech firm
- 10+ years of experience in managing engineering teams, organizational budgets, and vendor relationships
- LEADERSHIP
- Deep practitioner of Agile and Lean Start-Up methodologies
- Strong Program Management Skills with the able to influence large numbers in a matrixed environment.
