Main responsibilities: Contract management: Daily trade confirmation monitoring & reconciliation (completeness/coherence check) Daily contract document reception / issuing monitoring & signature follow-up Daily price fixation input in the Front system and price fixation note management Regular contract finalization in the Front system Invoicing & Cash management: Daily Goods invoice issuing Daily Secondary cost invoice booking Daily payment request issuing Daily cash collection monitoring (ensure timely payment reception, monitor unmatched invoices, report cash received) and data update in the Front system Stock data management: Stock insurance declaration (declaration of stocks) Daily / Weekly warehouse report upload in Front system Stock reconciliation against warehouse receipts Stock declaration to insurance Client service management: Administrative counterparty request management (payment status, contract & invoice documents, account statement reconciliation) Education: Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply chain or related field Experience : Minimum 3 years in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply chain, or Other within an international trading environment, expertise, technical Knowledge /Technical & Functional skills: Excel proficiency and ability to adapt to new IT systems (prerequisite) English fluent (prerequisite) Soft skills : Self-starter with ability to work independently and to take initiatives Very good attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player Additional Information for the job
