Responsibilities
- Accountabilities:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly and annual payroll cycles for various countries and regions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with payroll legislation and tax requirements.

- Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a global or multi-country environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and legislation, and ability to apply them in different contexts and scenarios.

- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and ability to use various payroll software and tools including SAP.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Flexible, adaptable, and proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English
