The Analyst, Enterprise Metrics & Reporting supports the development and delivery of enterprise performance reporting, dashboards, and insights. This role focuses on executing analytical work, preparing reporting materials, and ensuring data accuracy across enterprise performance processes. The analyst helps translate cross‑functional data into clear, structured outputs that enable leadership decision‑making. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across functions to gather inputs and validate data. Key Roles & Responsibilities Enterprise Performance & Analytics Support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting. Prepare data extracts, validate inputs, and ensure consistency across metrics and assumptions. Conduct analysis on trends, risks, and performance drivers across financial and strategic dimensions. Translate multi‑source data into clear summaries, insights, and implications. Develop draft materials for enterprise leadership forums, ELT updates, and Board‑related reporting. Cross‑Functional Partnership Collaborate with Finance, BP&A, EPMO, Commercial, and Operations to gather data inputs and validate assumptions. Consolidate information from multiple sources into concise reporting outputs. Support the creation and maintenance of SOPs to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. Standards, Quality, & Enablement Apply enterprise reporting standards and quality expectations set by leadership. Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting clarity, efficiency, and consistency. Support knowledge sharing and contribute to team best practices. Skills & Capabilities Ways of Working Enterprise‑first mindset with comfort working in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to build credibility through analytical rigor and clear communication. Proactive approach to identifying issues, risks, and data inconsistencies. Skills/Experience 3+ years of relevant analytical or reporting experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools preferred. Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus but not required. Ability to work with large, complex datasets and synthesize findings clearly. Familiarity with KPI frameworks and performance management concepts.
