- Brand Governance & Consistency
- Maintain and enforce EPIC's brand guidelines and architecture to ensure consistent application across all channels and touchpoints.

- Brand Activation & Campaign Support
- Plan, execute, and optimize brand campaigns that support business objectives and strengthen brand awareness.
- Support brand activation initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Enable lead generation and sales success through brand campaigns and sales enablement materials that equip producers with resources to engage prospects and drive leads.
- Operations & Optimization
- Partner closely with marketing, corporate, business stakeholders, and agency teams to execute brand initiatives effectively.
- Use project management tools (e.g., Wrike) to manage workflows, track progress, and ensure visibility.
- Contribute to operational improvements that scale brand efforts into sustainable, "always-on" programs.
- Track and report on brand health and campaign performance, using KPIs, data-driven insights, and market research to support optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager , with hands-on responsibility for brand governance and execution across a complex organization
- Strong project management skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced, lean environment
- Experience supporting brand transitions, integrations, or rebrands , ideally in M&A or multi-entity environments
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to partner across marketing, design, and business teams
- Familiarity with project management and marketing tools (e.g., Wrike, Salesforce, or similar platforms) preferred
- Experience in insurance or another complex, multi-entity industry is a plus
