Additional Information
Focus: AI workload-driven product development, test strategy, and production readiness Why This Role: Full system-stack ownership, direct executive visibility, and the opportunity to define - not just follow - product development strategy. Lead system-level product development for AI infrastructure platforms, using workload-driven and data-informed validation to ensure product quality, yield, and readiness from definition through ramp. You will operate across compute, memory, storage, and connectivity subsystems - driving system-level integration and early bring up before full platform maturity. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: System Product Ownership Own end-to-end system product development across product development stacks for AI infra products. Drive early system learning through simulation-based validation before hardware, firmware, and silicon maturity Translate product requirements into workload-driven validation strategies, linking real workload behavior to system-level coverage and product quality AI-Enhanced Test Strategy & Validation Define test strategies using workload-informed coverage and data-driven screening Use AI-assisted analysis to identify coverage gaps and optimize test efficiency Use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate test code development, including spec-to-code generation and automated validation Partner with Test Engineering to deliver scalable and robust production test solutions System Validation & Failure Analysis Lead system-level failure analysis across NPI and qualification phases Debug issues across hardware, firmware, and system interactions Correlate system-level workload behavior to component-level stress and failure mechanisms to improve coverage and yield Data-Driven Yield Optimization Analyze large-scale test data to identify yield limiters and detect anomalies Drive data-informed decisions, including practical use of ML-based classification where appropriate Test Firmware Contribute to and own test firmware development aligned with system-level test and product requirements Cross-Functional Leadership Act as product development lead working with Design, System, FW, TE, HW, SW, Quality, and Operations teams Deliver clear executive-level updates grounded in data and system insights AI-Enabled Engineering Practices Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, debug, and test development workflows Promote best practices in AI-assisted engineering across the team Education BS/MS/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
