About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Retail Director to lead our retail operations and drive sales performance across multiple outlets. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen to deliver revenue growth, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience.

  • Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in retail or sales leadership, preferably in IT or electronics industry
  • Proven track record in driving sales and managing multi-store retail operations
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs, promotions, and store-level execution
  • Experience in P&L management and business performance optimization
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
  • Experience working with suppliers, distributors, and brand principals
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and retail sales tools
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
