Volunteer work helps build critical competencies; knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must possess one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: Directing administrative and operational functions for an organization supporting 100+ employees, 5 or more organizational components, or an equivalent level of operational complexity. Overseeing integrated business operations involving a multi-million-dollar budget, workforce planning, and administrative services in support of executive leadership. Overseeing multi-million-dollar budget federal acquisition or procurement activities totaling, including planning, package review, contract administration, or vendor oversight. Supervising or leading teams, supervisors, or program leads responsible for delivery of administrative or mission support services.
