Contract Security Officer

About the role

Redhorse transforms the way government uses data and technology. To support our most sensitive missions, we are seeking a Contract Security Officer (CSO) with an active Full Scope Poly (FSP). This role is the backbone of our secure operations within the Intelligence Community (IC). As the primary guardian of our industrial security program, you will ensure our people, facilities, and data meet the highest standards of national security. You won't just be managing paperwork; you will be directly enabling our elite technical teams to deliver innovative digital solutions in the most secure and classified environments in the world. Requirements

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).
• 5+ years of experience in industrial security implementing security policies in compliance with federal regulations.
• Demonstrated expertise in the NISPOM Rule (32 CFR Part 117) and IC security standards.
• Proficiency using the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), NBIS, and OPM security systems.
• Familiarity with the Scattered Castles database.
• Experience supporting security operations specifically for the CIA, NSA, or NGA.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to brief and advise executive leadership on security risks and requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to Brief executive leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
