About the role

As part of the Finance Consulting team, you will lead consulting engagements across large organizations, developing business cases and total cost of occupancy models. As a Manager, you will motivate and inspire others to deliver quality while building trusted relationships with client stakeholders. • What You Must Have
• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration/Management, Finance, Engineering, or Architecture
• At least 5 years of experience in consulting engagements

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate preferred
• Professional certifications such as LEED AP or WELL AP preferred
• Domain knowledge across corporate real estate and facilities management
• Experience in lease administration and capital planning
• Proficiency in financial analysis and project management
• Understanding of sustainability practices in real estate
• Ability to develop strategic real estate initiatives
• Familiarity with market trends and property valuation
