QAQC Manager

Responsibilities

• Inspect pipe materials, fit-up, welding, and post-weld heat treatment based on industry standards.
• Prepare QAQC reports and communicate report requirements between client and construction team.
• Witness hydrostatic/pneumatic pressure tests and ensure safety and procedural compliance.
• Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports for piping defects until resolution and system handover.
• Lead and mentor a team of QAQC assistants.
• Required competencies and certifications
• Degree in Engineering, or a related field
• Certifications such as AWS CWI or CSWIP 3.1 are mandatory.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a QAQC, preferably in the Semicon/Construction industry.
