They also deliver customer service by providing relaxing hand and foot massages. Core Responsibilities Nail Care: Clean, soak, trim, shape, and buff nails. Cosmetic Application: Apply polish, gel, acrylic, and artificial nail extensions. Nail Art: Design patterns, paint decals, and attach accessories like crystals. Client Consultation: Recommend nail colors, lengths, and health treatments. Spa Treatments: Perform hand, arm, and foot massages, as well as paraffin waxes. Sanitization: Sterilize tools, disinfect workstations, and clean foot baths. Sales: Promote nail care products. Key Skills and Qualifications Steady Hands: Required for intricate polishing and detailed nail art. Customer Service: Excellent communication for building client loyalty. Hygiene Knowledge: Understanding of chemical safety and infection control. Physical Stamina: Ability to sit or stand and work with hands for long periods. Certification: Completion of cosmetology or specialized manicurist training.
