About the role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in the Onboarding Module to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing onboarding solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors platform. Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module solutions tailored to client organizational structures and requirements Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to translate them into system configurations and customizations Perform system configuration, testing, and quality assurance to ensure onboarding workflows function as intended Develop and execute data migration strategies, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation for onboarding processes Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions and provide comprehensive support to end-users throughout the implementation lifecycle Create detailed technical documentation, process flows, and user guides for onboarding procedures and system functionality Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization recommendations to maximize system utilization Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates, features, and best practices in onboarding and talent management Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge regarding onboarding module expertise and implementation methodologies The ideal candidate should possess: Minimum of 3-5 years SAP Implementation and/or application support experience. Minimum Bachelor Degree Deep experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Module.
