Job Responsibilities Manage and review catalogues for marketing and outside services commodities. Perform sourcing across various categories, scope includes preparation of RFP documents, setting up of Ariba sourcing for bid submissions, consolidating proposal, management of presentation and feedback. Management of operational feedback from users on key sourcing projects. Troubleshoot invoicing issues in Ariba and liaise with Accounts Payable and Suppliers to resolve issues. Support the procurement team on contract monitoring and management activities. Job Requirements Education & Certification Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements.
