HR Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing employee documentation and coordinating joining formalities.
• Help maintain employee files and HR databases, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
• Support training and development initiatives, including training coordination and attendance tracking.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and departmental communications.
• Help monitor attendance records and support HR operational activities.
• Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company data at all times.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for working with people.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
