Our MYPY Team builds critical electronic panels and antennas that allow satellites to communicate with Earth. Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years in a high traceability manufacturing environment, or relevant trade school certification
- 1+ years using hand tools and/or precision measuring instruments (i.e., Calipers, multi-meters, torque wrenches)
- 1+ years working with test tools and test
- Willing to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed. Estimated shift time: 2nd shift Wed-Sat 4 / 10s (5:00 pm - 3:30 am). Shifts may vary, depending on program needs
- Able to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive assembly operations
- Able to climb and down ladders, work in tight spaces, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position
- Able to lift at least 25 lbs. unassisted
- Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
- The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $33.50/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure.
