About the role

Location: Changi South Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm Salary: Up to $4400 Job Responsibilities Manage end-to-end ocean export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing in internal systems. Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, permits, customs, and dangerous goods requirements. Coordinate with customers, carriers, overseas offices, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution. Monitor shipment status, resolve operational issues, and communicate cargo incidents or delays to relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with customer SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Handle invoicing, cost updates, invoice discrepancies, cargo claims, and quotation tracking. Maintain accurate shipment records, documentation, and customer reports within established timelines.
