F&B Executive

About the role

Our client, a leading global business services company, is seeking an F&B Executive to maintain the highest standards of conference room and pantry operations at their prestigious CBD office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect all conference rooms and pantries to ensure cleanliness and good condition at all times
• Ensure all amenities, provisions, and equipment in conference rooms are well stocked and organised
• Raise work orders for any defective equipment or facility faults to relevant departments
• Escort clients and visitors to meeting rooms
• Facilitate the ordering and service of beverages for meetings, corporate occasions, and events
• Prepare catering arrangements and ensure conference room readiness prior to events
• Conduct washing up and pantry closing procedures
• Liaise with vendors for equipment maintenance, catering, and pantry orders
• Acknowledge and handle guest and staff feedback, concerns, and complaints with discretion and urgency

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer experience
• Food Hygiene Certification preferred (candidates without will be sponsored for mandatory certification)
• Degree in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fluent in English and a local language
• Energetic, enthusiastic, cheerful, and outgoing personality
• Able to handle pressure, think quickly, and remain level-headed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with all levels of seniority
