The Human Capital Risk Analyst will be joining the employee benefits consulting arm of the Private Equity Practice. Our team serves private equity firms and their portfolio companies from a holistic human capital risk perspective. The HCR Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Benefit Consulting Client Service team based on the evolving needs of the practice. Duties & Responsibilities: Creation of financial dashboards summarizing client claims activity, and supporting Financial Analytics team on ad hoc needs of the practice Support of the RFP/Marketing team in evaluating carrier proposals for accuracy and competitiveness; synthesizing results into client ready deliverables Support and review of client communications and deliverables Fielding day to day client questions with support of primary account team Maintenance of open items logs in preparation for client calls Ad hoc assistance to primary account teams on day to day tasks
