- Work closely with production supervisors, quality teams, and maintenance to resolve daily operational challenges and ensure a smooth shift transition.
- Support development of new lines and processes as part of ongoing capacity growth in the plant.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited university and a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience or HS diploma/GED with 5 years of manufacturing experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Eligibility Requirements
- This role supports 2nd shift operations, including hourly employees scheduled from 2 pm to 11 pm and occasionally be required to provide assistance to shifts outside regular working hours
- Must be able to work 100% on-site
