Job Responsibilities Manage and support the full range of automation products distributed by the company. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical and application support by analyzing customer requirements and proposing appropriate solutions. Prepare and deliver technical proposals, application notes, and solution-based documentation. Respond to customer queries and resolve technical issues through email, phone, or onsite visits. Conduct product training sessions and live product demonstrations. Use application knowledge to demonstrate product capabilities and performance advantages. Interface with product principals to relay technical feedback and recommend product enhancements.
