Job Description Summary Position Objective: Develop, coordinate and execute marketing, branding and promotion activities associated with footprint growth across North America, supporting business development and marketing to help achieve operational goals and ensure consistency in marketing and branding practices. Position Responsibilities: Coordinate the timely creation, fulfillment and distribution of marketing assets, operational materials, and sales enablement collateral to new locations Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and business development team to implement, optimize and document workflows for marketing, branding and advertising activities connected to new store openings Manage, monitor and communicate on business development checklists and timelines for marketing activities related to new location onboarding Facilitate the customization and production of templatized new location marketing materials and assets, including flyers, direct mailers, banners, media advertising, and social media posts Liaise with Sr. Manager and marketing department stakeholders to identify and implement the most appropriate tactic and channel mix to promote new locations and market growth Supervise the maintenance and expansion of new location-related marketing material offering on Company Store site Implement local media campaigns and promotions to support market growth, raise brand awareness and drive revenue Coordinate assets and initiate process for new location sales blitzes and association membership onboarding Orchestrate and guide the execution of grand opening events and related activities, including asset coordination, sourcing of vendor funds and support, and media planning Track and report on performance and ROI from new location promotions and campaigns to better steer future efforts Oversee the distribution of standardized marketing guidelines, best practices and process documentation to field teams and business units Collect, analyze and scrub customer and prospect data for sales and promotion efforts Work with Field Marketing and business development teams to explore, vet and develop tools, resources and processes for improved team and field support efficiencies Support the creation and release of internal and external communications around market expansion Some travel may apply, maybe up to 10% per year
