About the role

As a Designer, you will develop innovative digital ads and assets for one of the world's largest packaged goods companies.   • Elevate storytelling through design, combining aesthetics and functionality in motion graphics.
  • Ideate and assist in creating style proposals to win pitches.
  • Support the production team in quality assurance during project rollouts across various markets.
  • About You
  • The essentials:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Designer specialising in crafting digital designs and advertising materials.
  • Proficient in Figma and also Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. After Effects is a bonus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and advertising materials.
  • Experience with all stages of the design process, from conceptualisation to final layout execution and delivery.
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, grid systems, interaction design, flow, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
  • Ability to present designs confidently to colleagues.
  • Fast and flexible mindset, ready to jump on new opportunities and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of social media dynamics and how to create engaging content for different platforms.
  • Interest in current design trends and cultural relevance to inform creative decisions.
  • Not a Must but a Plus:
  • Some basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a bonus.
  • Experience working with AI and automation platforms and tools.
