About the role

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Portfolio Planning Manager - Sauces to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Portfolio Planning Manager - Sauces role lies within the European and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM Zone). You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into Senior Manager Planning Category - Sauces . Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of Category Supply Planning Strategy will be your primary responsibility. You're constantly looking for improvement activities within Western Europe Operations. In brief, you are responsible for: The Portfolio Planning Manager takes ownership for medium-to-long term planning (12+ weeks) to ensure alignment of capacity with demand, balancing service level, cost, and inventory strategies. Acts as a strategic partner to manufacturing (internal & external) and innovation teams and leads network and capacity design. Lead and facilitate IBP supply reviews to ensure alignment between supply chain operations and business objectives, and to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Develop, communicate, and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy that aligns with business objectives and goals, and ensures that supply chain operations are optimized to meet customer demand and drive business growth. Oversee the development and implementation of a supply chain network strategy that ensures optimal alignment between supply chain operations and business objectives. Collaborate with BU and SCD teams to ensure readiness for key projects, including new product launches, promotions, and events. Collaborate with material planning teams to develop and implement long-term planning strategies that ensure optimal alignment between supply chain operations and business objectives. Develop and implement a business continuity strategy that ensures minimal disruption to supply chain operations in the event of unexpected disruptions or changes. Track and analyze a comprehensive supply chain performance metric that combines Case Fill Rate (CFR), Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) at Portfolio Level, Capacity Utilization, and Supply Chain Losses (SCL) to ensure end-to-end supply chain excellence, optimize operations, and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included)
  • in order to proceed for this position.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Masters Degree in in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, with a focus on advanced planning systems and strategic supply network design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to understand business objectives and develop plans to support them
  • Strong leadership and influence skills, with ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
