Responsibilities

  • What you bring to the table
  • 5+ years of experience in growth, e-commerce, digital marketing, commercial strategy, performance marketing, or online business development.
  • Strong understanding of the German/DACH market, consumer behavior, and regional commercial dynamics.
  • Proven experience building growth plans and identifying scalable customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, and digital growth levers.
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Pricing, CRM, E-Commerce, and Commercial teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and execution capabilities.
  • Fluent in English; German is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in travel, marketplaces, OTA, or e-commerce is a strong plus.

Job Purpose As the Ecommerce Manager for DACH & ROW , you are responsible for driving commercial growth across Travix's direct-to-consumer business in the region. You combine strong market understanding, commercial thinking, and a growth mindset to identify and unlock opportunities across traffic, conversion, partnerships, and new customer acquisition channels.This role reports directly to the E-Commerce Director. You will work closely with Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, CRM, Pricing, Partnerships, Brand teams to build market-specific growth plans, optimize commercial performance, and explore new revenue and acquisition opportunities. With a strong focus on the German market, you translate consumer, competitor, and market insights into clear initiatives that drive sustainable growth, margin improvement, and stronger brand performance. The main goal of this role is to drive sustainable growth across DACH & ROW by identifying market opportunities, building strong growth plans, expanding customer acquisition channels, and creating commercial opportunities through data-driven execution, partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration.
