Responsibilities
- 70 % - Administrative Tas ks-buy maintenance and reconciliation
- 10% - Client Management Admin Task s-pulling and reviewing campaign reports
- 10%- Networking
- 10 % - Training & development
- Assist Investors with day-to-day administrative duties.
- Responsibilities include ordering & confirming orders, handling makegoods, monitoring placement of scheduled spots, maintaining added value and billing reconciliation.
- Learn & understand media terminology
- Review & understand buying guidelines (goals & objectives ) with buyer
- Implement work-related goals established by buyer /business solutions team on behalf of clients
- Establish & maintain business relationship with vendor partners
- Maintain accurate buy files with financial information to align with buying system
- Assume buying responsibilities from pre-buy to post-buy in small markets
