Responsibilities

• Apply technical skills to perform and oversee construction-related tasks effectively on site
• Supervise and coordinate team members to complete work according to project requirements and safety standards
• Communicate clearly in English to understand instructions and provide guidance to team members
• Collaborate with company employees while residing in the company lodge/dormitory to foster teamwork and efficient work processes
• Adapt to work schedules that include hours beyond the regular workday as required
• Required competencies and certifications
• Demonstrated work experience in the Singapore construction sector totaling more than 10 years
• Ability to speak and understand English to communicate effectively on site
• Willingness to stay in company-provided lodging with other employees
• Agreement to work beyond regular hours as needed
