Responsibilities
- Hard Services Management (Technical Operations):

- Workplace Experience, Events & Client Visits:
- Plan and execute corporate events, leadership visits, and town halls.
- Manage VIP visits, audits, and client walkthroughs ensuring world-class experience.
- Coordinate workspace readiness, branding, and hospitality services.

- o Facility vendors and service providers
- Oversee lease compliance and coordinate with builders on:

- Work Order & Asset Management
- Manage CMMS/CAFМ tools for:
- o Work order tracking and closure

- Maintain asset registers and documentation.
- Financial & Budget Management
- Prepare and manage facility budgets (OPEX & CAPEX).
