Requirements

In this role, you will work closely with IT and business users globally to manage end-to-end supply chain planning processes using Kinaxis RapidResponse. You'll have the opportunity to contribute and make a difference in a challenging and exciting high-tech environment. How you'll make an impact: Collaborate with users to understand business requirements and configure solutions in RapidResponse Design, build, test, and deploy RapidResponse resources, including workbooks, alerts, forms, scripts, automation chains, widgets, and dashboards Apply demonstrated understanding of control tables, data models, and mappings to solve business problems As a core member of the Kinaxis Center of Excellence (COE) team, apply best practices in RapidResponse configuration to meet business needs Assist end users with interpreting planning results Facilitate, plan, and support new functionality releases, including periodic Kinaxis service updates The must haves: Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and RapidResponse analytics Deep understanding of RapidResponse data integration using TALEND or similar ETL tools Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and high attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field 4-6+ years of firsthand experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar planning tools
