WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US The AI & HR Operational Transformation Lead is a senior individual contributor role within People & Culture/GPSD, tasked with a transformative mandate: to reimagine how Global People Service Delivery function operates by embedding artificial intelligence, automation and continuous improvement into its core. This role sits at the intersection of operational excellence, emerging technology and people-centric process design. The primary objective is to define and execute an AI strategy for GPSD - identifying high-impact opportunities where intelligent automation, AI-assisted workflows and data-driven insights can enhance how the team delivers services, manages compliance and improves efficiency at scale. Beyond technology adoption, the AI & HR Operational Transformation Lead drives a culture of innovation within GPSD . This means challenging legacy ways of working, introducing structured frameworks for continuous improvement and ensuring that every transformation initiative is grounded in robust governance, compliance and measurable outcomes. The role partners closely with the Global People Service Delivery Director to shape the transformation roadmap, prioritize initiatives and build the capabilities needed to evolve GPSD into a truly AI-powered, future-ready operation. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AI Strategy & Tool Adoption Identify, evaluate and implement AI and automation solutions that can transform HR service delivery Build compelling business cases for AI adoption focused on efficiency, risk reduction and increased employee experience Monitor AI market trends in HR to bring forward actionable insights, benchmarks and best practices Operational Excellence & Process Optimization Lead mid-to-large scale operational excellence initiatives focused on elevating the efficiency, scalability and compliance across the employee lifecycle Apply Lean, Agile, Six Sigma or similar methodologies to improve scalability & optimize HR operations and SD models Eliminate inefficiencies, redundancies and manual touchpoints (including documentation: SOP's, guidelines, frameworks) AI Powered Process Transformation Map & design future-state workflows that integrate AI, automation and digital tools to streamline process efficiency Lead pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives to test and validate AI solutions within GPSD operations Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure effective implementation and integration of AI-enabled solutions Compliance, Governance & Risk Management Ensure all transformation and AI initiatives adhere to internal controls, data privacy, audit & compliance requirements Embed governance and risk controls into process and technology design Partner with Legal, Compliance and Data Protection teams to ensure responsible & ethical AI use Project & Change Leadership Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives end-to-end as Project Lead and Task Force Lead Manage timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations Provide clear, structured reporting and insights to leadership and key stakeholders Capability Building & Enablement Act as AI subject matter specialist and internal lead within GPSD Build AI literacy and continuous improvement capabilities across the team Promote a culture of innovation, accountability and data-driven decision-making WHAT WE VALUE Most importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above.
