Your part in our BlueCare team Working closely with your Residential Services Manager, you'll provide visible, hands-on clinical leadership to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You'll be accountable for driving clinical excellence across the service - supporting your team, strengthening governance and ensuring residents receive care that promotes dignity, independence and quality of life. Provide day-to-day clinical leadership, ensuring care delivery aligns with best practice, legislation and quality standards Lead, coach and mentor clinical and care teams, creating a capable, confident and high-performing workforce Act as the escalation point for complex clinical issues, applying strong judgement and evidence-based decision-making Oversee comprehensive clinical assessments and care planning, ensuring care is responsive to individual needs and goals Drive clinical governance and risk management, including proactive management of key risks such as falls, wounds and infection control Act as the escalation point for complex clinical issues, applying strong judgement and evidence-based decision-making Lead, coach and mentor clinical and care teams, creating a capable, confident and high-performing workforce Act as the escalation point for complex clinical issues, applying strong judgement and evidence-based decision-making Ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliance with internal processes, audits and regulatory requirements Foster a strong culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance care quality and service delivery Build strong relationships with residents, families, GPs and allied health professionals to support coordinated, holistic care Partner with the Residential Services Manager to ensure clinical governance, AN-ACC funding integrity and sustainable service outcomes What makes a difference for us? You'll be a highly experienced clinical leader with a strong background in aged care or a similar environment. You'll be passionate about person-centred care and lead by example through your clinical expertise, communication and leadership capability.
