Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 production leadership, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations year-round
  • Lead, coach, and develop production employees through performance management, training, and feedback

Requirements

  • High school diploma with a two-year technical degree or five years of leadership experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated experience working in GMP or other heavily regulated environments
  • Proven ability to manage flexible schedules, including 12-hour shifts and rotating coverage
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization capabilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, DeltaV, or similar automation systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
