Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 production leadership, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations year-round
- Lead, coach, and develop production employees through performance management, training, and feedback

Requirements
- High school diploma with a two-year technical degree or five years of leadership experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong leadership, decision-making, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated experience working in GMP or other heavily regulated environments
- Proven ability to manage flexible schedules, including 12-hour shifts and rotating coverage
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization capabilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, DeltaV, or similar automation systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
