Additional Information

Solutions for Today's Challenges. Vision for Tomorrow's Opportunities. Join William Blair, the Premier Global Partnership. Partner with intermediary distribution leadership to maximize the effectiveness of our growing sales organization. As the trusted CRM business partner for the intermediary channel, you will own data stewardship across SalesVision, FINTRX, Broadridge, and our broader Salesforce ecosystem - translating sales needs into platform improvements and ensuring our CRM delivers reliable insight as we scale our distribution footprint. This role sits at the intersection of sales, data, and technology. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for the sales team, sales leadership, and the marketing team, building trust through responsive, hands-on support. One day you might be untangling a hierarchy mismatch between SalesVision and Salesforce; the next, configuring a new dashboard for sales leadership, building campaign audiences for an upcoming marketing initiative, or rolling up your sleeves to clean up legacy data debt. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with deep asset management distribution experience and strong Salesforce admin foundations - someone who is equally comfortable in a sales conversation and in the platform itself, and who is excited to grow their technical depth over time. If you are the type of person who likes to tinker, ask why, and follow through until something works the way it should, we want to hear from you. Essential Responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day CRM point of contact for the sales team, sales management, and the marketing team - building trust through responsive, hands-on support Translate sales and marketing feedback into Salesforce improvements, scoping work to match the right level of complexity Enable marketing campaigns through audience segmentation, list builds, campaign tracking setup, and integration with marketing tools Provide CRM and data support for sales planning initiatives such as territory definition, coverage models, and sales team design Maintain data quality and reconciliation across SalesVision, FINTRX, Broadridge advisor scoring, and internal BI sources, investigating discrepancies in firm hierarchies, advisor records, CRD mapping, and ownership data Apply data governance standards consistently across the intermediary channel and flag systemic issues for resolution Maintain integrations with third-party data sources and metro/market territory definitions, escalating complex technical work appropriately Own day-to-day Salesforce administration in support of intermediary sales workflows - users, profiles, permissions, page layouts, fields, list views, reports, and dashboards Build and maintain reports and dashboards that give sales, marketing, and leadership clear visibility into pipeline, coverage, campaign performance, and channel trends Configure and improve the platform iteratively using declarative tools (flows, validation rules, formula fields), prioritizing technical debt and cleanup based on business impact Work effectively with sales, marketing, technology, BI, and compliance teams on CRM initiatives, providing constructive subject matter expertise on data structure, platform capabilities, and the implications of design choices.
