Job Description Manage HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and other maintenance operations while ensuring adherence to safety standards and best practices. Oversee project tasks and support system testing and commissioning. Oversee ACMV, electrical, and building systems, performing troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance. Work closely with contractors to ensure smooth daily operations of commercial and non-commercial buildings. Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance for mechanical electrical, ACMV and general building services Provide best practices in engineering maintenance to provide a safer environment workplace Buildup & maintain business relationships with customers and end users in order to achieve expectations with reference to KPI and service level Identify areas of opportunities to improve facilities to help generate additional revenue by securing additional work Address principal concerns from the client on Fix It Program and devise system to improve by working closely with co-colleagues Job Requirement A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a Diploma, 5 years with a Higher NITEC, or 10 years with a NITEC in Facilities Management is required. Core Trade/SEC Experience - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a Core Trade/SEC (Skill Evaluation Certification) in FM, accredited by BCA. Able to thrive in a fast-paced challenging environment Need to perform rotating shift duties Team player with good interpersonal skills
