We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join VITA Brands Nordics The Sales Coordinator supports the Nordic sales organization by ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate data, and a high level of service toward both customers and internal teams. The role works closely with KAMs and cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance. Main responsibilities: Maintain customer and product master data in SAP Manage pricing, discounts, and customer agreements in SAP and PriceFX Handle product listings, delistings, and assortments Update external databases and provide accurate customer data Prepare sales reports (Power BI, BW, Excel) and support analysis Support KAMs with pricing, presentations, and sales activities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct orders, pricing, and deliveries Handle pricing discrepancies, claims, and EDI issues Experience & skills: 3+ years of experience in sales coordination or similar Degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent Experience in SAP and strong Excel skills (Power BI is a plus) Fluent in English and Norwegian or Swedish (Finnish is a plus)
