Minimum Requirements: 5-7 years' management experience within liquor retail, FMCG, wholesale liquor, beverage distribution, or a related retail environment. Relevant retail, commercial or business qualification will be advantageous. Demonstrated experience managing sales, gross margin, inventory, shrinkage, and operational performance. Strong understanding of liquor legislation, licensing requirements and responsible alcohol retailing practices.
