Responsibilities

  • Adheres to Renewal safety programs and training requirements
  • Provides consistent, flawless first-time window and door installation.
  • Maintains company vehicle in accordance with Fleet Policy
  • Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality
  • Provides direction, training, coaching and mentoring of Install with the goal of advancing their skill sets
  • Other duties as assigned
  • General warehouse support
  • Provide support for minor service calls as needed
  • Adheres to Renewal safety programs and training requirements

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Valid Driver's License with ability to pass a fleet check
  • Basic construction techniques; good knowledge of basic construction and building materials; knowledge of terminology of the construction industry
  • State Contractors license preferred
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations and safe work practices
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently handle confrontation/conflicts using a tactful and diplomatic approach; Ability to maintain perspective under demanding conditions
  • Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality
