Your contribution to something big: Apply Generative AI and Natural Language Processing to solve practical HR challenges end-to-end; Design and optimize AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and modern optimization strategies; Analyze complex datasets using classical Data Science methods (e.g. clustering) to generate actionable insights; Select, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs (e.g. using LoRA) to balance performance, cost-efficiency, and quality; Assess AI models based on cost-per-token, performance, and intelligence to ensure sustainable solutions; Identify potential AI risks and pitfalls and proactively implement mitigation strategies, ensuring responsible and reliable AI usage. What distinguishes you: Education : Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or a comparable technical field. Experience: Hands-on experience working with data-driven applications using Python; Proven experience in Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning projects. Know-how: Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, sentence transformers, and optimization techniques; Experience with LLM fine-tuning (e.g. LoRA); Solid foundation in classical Data Science methods; Awareness of current AI limitations, risks, and ethical considerations. Languages : Excellent English skills (written and spoken). Working style and methods: Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented; Curious mindset with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation.
