The International Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting and optimizing international operations across our US network. This role oversees and guides colleagues, provides training, assists with implementing new procedures and initiatives, and monitors international stations and personnel to ensure the highest level of service. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to create followership, and a solid background in international logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Daily operations across international stations to ensure
  • consistency, compliance, and service excellence.
  • Serve as a central resource for international colleagues. Providing
  • guidance, support, and resolving operational issues in real time.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of station performance and
  • collaborate with leadership to implement improvements.
  • Domestic travel to stations
  • Provide onboarding, recurrent training, and skill-based coaching
  • to international colleagues
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in International Logistics
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Other skills needed
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft programs
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Communication skills
  • Travel (domestic) is expected for 20% of the time if necessary.

  • $23.00 - $25.00 *
