Requirements

Additional Information

Draft contracts between customers and our US counterpart company and between our US counterpart and manufacturers. Receive and organize all documents related to each contract thoroughly and accurately for yearly audit. Provide shipping documents to custom brokers for timely clearance of arriving products. Check for mistakes on shipping documents and alert manufacturer to correct and alert customer if needed. Assist in applying for letter of credit and timely submission of related documents to the banks. Assist in issuing invoices to customers and notify accounting for collection in a timely manner if needed. Maintains product flow between overseas manufacturers and customers in the United States. Proactively monitors and tracks ETA's on Ocean shipments and communicates delays to sales personnel, customers, brokers, suppliers, etc. Effectively responding to internal and external customers' inquiries; resolving any conflicts or problems that may arise. Aid in implementation of operational best practices Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive operational, supplier and vendor information Comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines Provides weekly reports to management Any additional duties related to improving the business and/ or the business processes Reports to the Operation Manager and Vice President of Operations
