In this position you will join our Thailand Build Environment business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that 'bring ideas to life' for our clients across all types of infrastructure projects - from rural access roads to complex freeways, toll roads, system interchanges and water security. Here are the key things you will do to 'bring ideas to life'. Assist DPL and Lead IM to facilitate and operate the tasks Coordinate on Digital, Innovation, and related to BIM management services for both internal and external stakeholders Assist on Digital Work plan (DWP) and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) set up on project services Encourage the adoption of Aurecon Digital mythology and BIM strategy by engineering staff Participate/Lead in project set up and technical design meetings. Provide support, training, and research & development for BIM implementation Ability to manage self-training We know today's complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets. What can you bring to the team? Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need a relevant technical qualification, and chartered status would be preferable. Candidate must hold a bachelor's degree or master's degree At least 7 years' experience in design and construction At least 5 years' experience in the profession and BIM Management Excellent in management skills and self-initiative Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Work independently with the supervision of DPL & Lead IM. Demonstrate the ability to use their initiative to resolve tasks or problems that arise Demonstrate the ability to use BIM modelling skill in the intermediate level. Preference: Candidates possess TOEIC Score at least 500 Our Aurecon Attributes describe the types of people we bring together for clients.
