Responsibilities
- Knowledge Administration & Content Management
- Curate, classify, and structure knowledge assets coming from:
- RFPs and proposals
- Project deliverables
- Methodologies and frameworks
- External publications and benchmarks
- Tag and organize content within structured knowledge repositories.
- Ensure proper metadata, taxonomy, and naming conventions are applied consistently.
- Maintain repository hygiene, traceability, and version control over time.
- Data Quality & Governance

- Identify gaps, duplicates, outdated content, or inconsistencies across repositories.
- Monitor adherence to knowledge management processes and escalate issues when necessary.
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of KM standards and documentation.
- AI-Enabled Knowledge Processing
- Use AI-enabled tools (NLP, semantic search, document classification, automated tagging) to optimize content processing and retrieval.
- Support the automation of repetitive knowledge management activities.
- Collaborate with IT and KM stakeholders to improve repository efficiency and searchability.
- Operational Support & Reporting
- Support consulting teams in retrieving relevant content and ensuring knowledge accessibility.
- Generate periodic reporting and dashboards related to repository usage, data quality, and content coverage.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Knowledge Management function.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data curation, knowledge management, or consulting support.
- Familiarity with document processing platforms and knowledge bases.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with tools like SharePoint.
