Job Description: Create MEP models to a high level of accuracy Develop plans, sections, elevations and details from a 3D BIM model for projects of all sizes and technical complexities. Develop CSD & SEM drawings from the 3D model. Create 3D views or renderings on an as-needed basis for marketing or project use. Use advanced tools such as Navisworks for project collaboration across multiple disciplines in a BIM environment - Added Advantage Interface with engineers, our clients, and other consultants through clear communication and drawings. Interact with our clients to coordinate BIM modelling content and approaches, model exchanges, quality control, and delivery Computer literate; advanced proficiency in BIM Software like Bentley & Autodesk is mandatory. Analytical ability to gather, organize and interpret data, to identify discrepancies, problems or issues, to obtain advice when precedents are unclear or unavailable. Ability to meet deadlines based on contractual agreements and company standards Ability to effectively organize, multitask, and perform under pressure Courtesy and listening skills are required for interactions with various team members and clients. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks without constant supervision is a must Self-motivated, personable, flexible Report to BIM Manager. Other duties as assigned from time to time. Qualification: Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Engineering or similar building design profession with minimum of 2 years' experience. Proficient in Revit or similar BIM building software Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drawing production tools Knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Navisworks, Digital Projects, Tekla, 360 Glue, or other parametric, fabrication or coordination tools, would be useful Adaptable - able to jump from project to project and stay abreast of all changes Creative - "outside the box" or new thinking into both building design and drawing production challenges Share your passion and experience in a global culture that believes your potential to achieve is endless.
