Management and Program Analysis Officer

About the role

You will serve as the Director for Manpower and Personnel in the, Personnel Directorate, N1 of COMMANDER SUBMARINE FORCE PACIFIC. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Mastery experience in developing comprehensive strategic strategies on submarine concepts, principles, practices, theories, and techniques; (2) Mastery skill on implementing and overseeing the Submarine Total Workforce requirements to include Submarine program operations; (3) Ability to independently manage and effectively prioritize manpower/manning policies, procedures and workload among competing priorities; (4) Mastery skill in developing strategies on military manpower and civilian manning personnel program management, readiness, and program analysis; and (5) experience in planning and conducting a comprehensive in-depth analysis, review and assessment of force-level military and civilian manpower requirements, and the execution of manning and personnel readiness.
