Responsibilities

  • We are currently looking for a committed and compassionate night support worker to join the care team supporting two male adults living in the family homes in Costessey and Sprowston, Norwich.
  • They have a number of complex clinical needs, including:
  • Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD)
  • Neuromuscular Scoliosis
  • Haemophilia
  • Respiratory support needs, including Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV)
  • Your role will involve supporting with eating and drinking, personal care, and respiratory management, as well as contributing to there sense of independence and wellbeing through social interaction and community activities.
  • Key Details:
  • Shifts: 12-hour waking night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Schedule: Fixed rota pattern which Includes alternate weekend working
  • Location: Costessey & Sprowston (Norwich)
  • All positions can be given as a contracted fixed rota position or on a casual basis if preferred.
  • *There is a genuine occupational requirement for the holder of this post to be female in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and Equality Act 2010.
